Preparation of RAP tax compliance for all Russian legal entities of WFT Group under RAP/US GAAP standards;
Participate in the tax audit. Respond to tax and other related authorities’ requests;
Preparation of US GAAP tax packages for all Russian legal entities of WFT Group;
Ensuring timely provide the Customers the information necessary for timely payment of taxes and fees.
Review and approval of requests for submitting an amended tax returns.
The control over correctness of formation of the books of purchases and sales books signed. Inform and agree decisions on tax audit issues with the Chief
Tax Accounting Specialist;
Inform direct management about work process and timing;
Advising companies of the group on the formation of the tax base, sections/rows declarations, schedule reporting, tax documents.
Receiving the request; preparing a written response, with references to the legislative/local regulations and with the reflection of the positive and negative consequences
Preparation of objections to the Act office/field tax audit.
