Responsibilities:

  • Assists Sales Representatives/Commercial Specialists in the preparation of tenders and bids.
  • Review Customer RFQ and determine tender layout and Table of Contents,
  • Create tender document templates,
  • Interact with Legal, HS&E and Quality to fulfill RFQ and internal process requirements.
  • Organize, compile and convert tender documents.
  • Interact with customer procurement representatives to ensure accurate and complete submission
  • Finalize the RFQ response by creating hard copies and electronic copies.
  • Assists sales representatives in the preparation of Pricing Agreements.
  • Prepare documentation and interact with legal and marketing management to get appropriate legal and financial approvals as per internal process requirements.
  • Interact with necessary groups (HS&E, Quality, Finance, Operations, etc.) to ensure that contract requirements can be met.
  • Interact with customer contract representative, as required, to support sales in contract negotiations. 
  • Manage a comprehensive database for all tenders, and pricing agreements
  • Assist with any internal and external audits related to GOM/US Land contracts and pricing agreements.
  • Handles special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficient in MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, Excel and PowerPoint,
  • Strong communication, organization, multi-tasking and negotiation skills
  • Experience in a tender/procurement environment.
  • Relevant Oilfield experience in Marketing/Operations environment.
  • Experience with tender software preferred.
