KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and implement sales strategies for a specified geographic area, business unit or product line drill bits.
- Assist with the development of short and long range sales goals.
- Oversee activities of sales personnel.
- Interface across the internal organization.
- Maintain, service and develop key accounts.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years experience in related field.
- Comprehensive knowledge of company products.
- Excellent communication & negotiating skills.
- Expertise in sales and marketing.
- Fundamental knowledge of commercial and contract language.
- Ability to coach others.
- Ability to review terms and conditions.
