Skills of work with DRU type downhole motors (production of Radius-Service) and PowerPack (manufactured by Schlumberger). Work with drilling centralizers, lifting subs and other types of drilling subs.
From October 2012 at the Vancor field maitenance base.
Service maintenance of telemetry equipment(MWD): TeleScope type high-speed telemetry system.
Maintenance of mechanical units: generator, reduction gear, hydraulic pressure piston-type compensator. Signal modulator consisting of electric motor, sun gear box, hydraulic pressure compensator. SlimPuls type system with hydraulic pulse communication channel while drilling and its mechanical units: hydraulic compensator , reduction gear, electric motor.
Work with assembly drawings and documentation in English language.
Use of the bearings vibration measuring instrument “SKF Microlog GX” - route based portable data collector.
Skills of works with wrenches with with adjustable tightening torque.
Skills of work with hydraulic breakout machine "Torque Master" for pipe connections (3 ½ Reg, 4 ½ Reg, 5 ½ FH, 6 5/8 Reg , 6 5/8 FH and other).
Threads inspection(visual), torque graphs validation, proper thread compound usage.
Document control of periodic inspections of drill pipe as per DS-1 standard and SLB standard.
Preparing documents that drill pipe, BHAs and other equipment arrived on site have proper and acceptable inspection reports.
Usage of different measurement tools, ensuring that tools are within calibration period.
Skills of soldering and work with crimping tools for terminals.
