Inventory coord

1. To liaise with PL Supervisors in development of stores  ensuring, full control of inventory, documentation for movements and liaising with PL and Accounts on monthly reconciliations to financials.

2. To work as directed by Asset / Inventory Manager  and PL Supervisors to ensure that all inventory is managed in line with best practices both for service, cost and inventory control as directed by Weatherford Procedures

3.To ensure that all documentation is processed and controlled as per Weatherford procedures.

4.To complete accurately and on time all necessary documentation relating to inventory control

5. To conduct cycle counts of inventory on own iniative and also as directed by Region Asset / Inventory Manager

6.To ensure stores are kept safe and controlled at all times.

7.To control access and egress to and from the store with particular focus on inventory security and safety.1.         To liaise with PL Supervisors in development of stores  ensuring, full control of inventory, documentation for movements and liaising with PL and Accounts on monthly reconciliations to financials.

• 3-5 years experience in Material Management
• Good PC Skills (MS Office Programs), Basic English
